This is a club CD replaced by another club CD that was mistaken for a retail CD. The BMG copy does not have the inside printing in the tray, which says “Digitally Remastered”. You can see what the compression ha done to both of these waveforms. Even though the peak level is not 100%, you can see flat spots, where the waveform looks like it is a rectangle – especially tracks 5 & 6.
