I picked up another foreign copy of Rock A Little and discovered the copy I already had was a different foreign copy. West German vs Japan early pressings. I am surprised the Japan copy had a peak of 100%. In the early CD Mastering days, they usually didn’t try to max the levels for fear of clipping.
